Creotech Co., Ltd. is a corporation established by the Ritsumeikan Trust to provide support for education and research at Ritsumeikan Academy. Being commissioned by the Ritsumeikan University, Creotech’s Real Estate Section in Kyushu Business Headquarters provides residential and lodging services to APU students. By closely exchanging information with the APU, Creotech offers selective properties with good location, reasonable rent rates and with functional layouts, and provides “secure and safe” facility management services.
